Registration form

Before your arrival, it is necessary to complete the registration form, which we will send via email, WhatsApp, or SMS - no earlier than 7 days before your arrival.
Without a completed registration form, we cannot send you the entry instructions for the apartment.
For international guests: if you do not have a PESEL number, change the language in the top-right corner of the form. The registration form will automatically switch to the version for foreign guests.
The data is processed solely for this reservation, in accordance with Polish law, and is not shared with third parties.

Hours

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and you will receive the entry instructions at 2:30 PM.*
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible, but any change must be arranged with our staff in advance. Fee: 15 PLN per started hour. The fee is calculated from the agreed time and, once confirmed and paid, is non-refundable and cannot be changed, even if your plans change.

*The entry code works from 3:00 PM, so the door will not open before this time.

Parking

Parking information can be found in the Guest Guide,* which is available after completing the registration form. Click the “About your stay” tab and expand the Parking section.
All our parking areas are accessed via remote control, card, or required pass. To use them, take the remote/card/pass from the apartment and return it after check-out to the same place.

*To open the Guest Guide before the codes are sent, simply click the link in the registration form and select the Kairos logo.

Pets

Pets are welcome, with an additional fee of 100 PLN per stay per animal.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet - we will then send you a link to make the payment.

For your furry friends, we provide a bowl and a treat from our partner Syta Micha. Treats are available only for pets included in the reservation that are actually staying in the apartment.

Invoice

If you would like to receive an invoice, please indicate this in the registration form.

Company invoice: provide the company name, tax ID, and full address.
Personal invoice: provide your full name and full home address.

The invoice will be issued and sent by email no earlier than the day of check-out and within a maximum of 5 business days after the end of your stay.

Bedding Boxes

Do you have a reservation for 3, 4, or more guests? For your entire group, we’ve prepared bed linen and towels. Check the boxes located in the wardrobe or sofa – they are ready to use. The boxes are intended only for guests included in the reservation:

reservation for 3 guests → box no. 3 included
reservation for 4 guests → boxes no. 3 and 4 included

Using a box for someone not included in the reservation incurs an additional fee of 70 PLN per box. If you plan to use extra bedding and towels or are arriving as 2 guests but want to sleep separately, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the apartment accordingly.
