Crispy, artisanal sourdough bread and aromatic coffee to start your day right? Enjoy Breakfast during your stay in our apartments at the friendly bakery-breakfast café "Zmączeni" in Katowice and Gliwice.

Important! "Zmączeni" is a genuine breakfast café – which means they serve breakfast all day long. It doesn’t matter how long you sleep!

Due to the distance of some of our apartments from the venue, you cannot select the breakfast option immediately during online booking in all locations. Don’t worry – if your apartment doesn’t have this option available in the panel, you can easily purchase delicious mornings (priced at 45 PLN per person) at a later stage.

Self check-in – check in at any time

Travel without rush and stress. At Kairos Apartments, we prioritize your independence and comfort. Thanks to a fully secure and autonomous check-in system (self check-in), you can enter your apartment at any time – from 3:00 PM until late at night. You don’t need to arrange a key handover with anyone or wait in queues.

The entire process is simple: before arrival, you fill out a short online registration form, which we will send to you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. On the day of check-in at 2:30 PM, you will receive personal access codes and entry instructions from us. Fast, independent, and on your terms.
