The apartment, with an area of 32 m², offers a functionally designed space, ideal for both a solo traveler and a family of four. The apartment includes a cozy living room, a stylish bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower.

With a desk in the bedroom, the apartment offers excellent conditions for working in a peaceful environment, making it easier to carry out duties during a business trip. At the same time, the cozy living room provides comfortable relaxation after a busy day. The well-thought-out interior allows for complete freedom in both work and rest, offering the privacy you seek during intense days.
Convenient Location – The apartment is located in an attractive part of Gliwice, just 500 meters from the charming market square with cafes, restaurants, and shops. It is only 1400 meters from the Arena Gliwice sports and entertainment hall, and its proximity to the DTŚ expressway (700 m) and the A4 motorway ensures quick access to various parts of the city and region.
Free Wi-Fi and Netflix – The apartment is equipped with fast wireless Internet and a TV with access to Netflix, ensuring relaxation after a full day of work or sightseeing.
Parking – The apartment offers free parking for residents, accessible by remote control. Guests are provided with a personalized parking permit, which must be placed behind the front windshield of the car. However, it is important to note that the number of parking spaces is limited, which may cause difficulty in finding a spot. If necessary, there is a public parking zone along Łużycka Street (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3 PLN/hour or 20 PLN for the whole day).

If you're traveling with a small child, you don't have to worry about extra costs – babies up to 2 years old stay for free, sleeping with parents in the bed. Additionally, we offer the option of adding a comfortable crib for just 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please note that the request for a crib must be made in advance and depends on availability. It's the perfect option for the whole family to enjoy a comfortable stay in Gliwice!

We love four-legged friends! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can stay with you. Just confirm this with the staff in advance.
Deposit:
Kairos Investments reserves the right to charge the Tenant a deposit of 400 PLN via bank transfer before the reservation begins. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the apartment is vacated, provided no damage occurs and no rules are violated.
