Apartament Spodek is a functional apartment with an area of 26 m², located on the 11th floor of the building on Ordona 22A/108 Street in Katowice. The building is equipped with a lift, ensuring convenient access to the apartment.
The apartment is a spacious studio that combines the functions of a living room and a bedroom. It features both a comfortable bed that can be separated from the living area with curtains, and a sofa in an intense yellow color, adding energy to the interior. The apartment stands out with a modern style in which a gentle gray harmonizes beautifully with bold accents, such as a section of wallpaper depicting a forest near the bed. Additionally, the apartment includes a designated area with a kitchen and a dining area. In the living room, right by the window, there is also a desk surface, ideal for working. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city panorama. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Parking
There is free parking available within the estate; however, if there are no available spaces, guests may use the “B” zones of Paid Parking on the street. Fees apply from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 17:00. Parking rates:
- 2 zł – up to 30 minutes
- 4 zł – from 30 minutes to 1 hour
- 4.80 zł – for the second started hour
- 5.60 zł – for the third started hour
- 4 zł – for each subsequent started hour
No parking space reservations are possible.
Children up to age 2 stay free!
If you’re traveling with a small child, you don’t need to worry about extra costs—kids up to age 2 stay free, sleeping together with their parents in the bed. Additionally, we offer the option to have a comfortable baby cot added for only 100 zł for the entire stay. Please remember that the request for a cot must be made in advance and depends on availability. It’s a great option so the whole family can rest comfortably during your stay in Katowice!

We love dogs and cats! For an additional fee of 100 zł for the entire stay, your pet can be with you. Just confirm this in advance with the staff.
Deposit:
Kairos Investments reserves the right to charge the Tenant a deposit of 400 zł by bank transfer before the reservation begins. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after leaving the apartment, provided that no damage occurs and that the rules of the regulations are not breached.
