The Spodek Apartment is a functional 26 m² apartment located on the 11th floor of a building at Ordona 22A/108 in Katowice. The building is equipped with an elevator, providing convenient access to the apartment.
The apartment is a spacious studio that combines the functions of a living room and a bedroom. It features a comfortable bed, which can be separated from the living area with curtains, as well as a sofa in a vibrant yellow color that adds energy to the space. The apartment stands out with its modern style, where soft gray harmonizes with bold accents, such as the forest-themed wallpaper near the bed. Additionally, there is a designated area with a kitchen and dining space. In the living room, right by the window, there is a desk, perfect for working. Parking
There is free parking within the estate, but in case there are no available spaces, guests can use the "B" Paid Parking Zone on the street. Parking fees apply Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Parking rates are as follows:
- 2 PLN – up to 30 minutes
- 4 PLN – from 30 minutes to 1 hour
- 4.80 PLN – for the second hour
- 5.60 PLN – for the third hour
- 4 PLN – for each additional hour
Reservation of a parking space is not possible.
Children Under 2 Stay Free!
Traveling with a small child? No worries about extra costs—children under the age of 2 stay for free, sharing a bed with their parents. Additionally, we offer a comfortable baby cot for just 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please note that advance notice is required for the cot, and its availability depends on current resources. Security Deposit:
Kairos Investments reserves the right to collect a security deposit of 400 PLN via bank transfer before the start of your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided no damages occur, and the house rules are followed.
