City Apartment is a functional 33 m² apartment located on the ground floor of a building at Reymonta 34/2 in Katowice. It is the perfect place for business travelers and couples looking to explore the city.

The apartment features a spacious area combining the functions of a living room and bedroom. You’ll find a comfortable king-size bed (180x200) for a restful night’s sleep, as well as a work area with a desk and chair, ideal for professional tasks or organizing personal matters. The living room also has a TV, and with fast Wifi, you can comfortably work or enjoy multimedia. The apartment offers Netflix, perfect for relaxing evenings after a busy day of work or sightseeing. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with a window and a modern bathroom with a bathtub (which can also be used as a shower thanks to a glass partition) complete the comfort of your stay.

Free Parking
Free parking is available on the premises for guests. The parking area is enclosed with a barrier, and the remote control for opening it is located in the apartment.

Security Deposit:
Kairos Investments reserves the right to collect a security deposit of 400 PLN via bank transfer before the start of your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided no damages occur, and the house rules are followed.
