Apartment guests can use the following parking options:
- Free SUPERSAM multi-storey parking is located 350 metres from the apartment. The car park is open 24/7. Height restriction: 2 m. Free entry is possible using the parking card left in the apartment.
- Paid parking – available right next to the building, at 12 PLN/hour.
Children under 2 stay free of charge!
If you are travelling with a small child, you do not have to worry about additional costs – children up to 2 years old stay free of charge, sharing the bed with their parents. We also offer the option of adding a comfortable baby cot for just 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please remember that a request for a cot must be submitted in advance and is subject to availability. It is the perfect option for the whole family to enjoy a comfortable stay in Katowice!

We love four-legged friends! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can stay with you. Simply confirm this with our staff in advance.
Deposit
Kairos Investments reserves the right to collect a PLN 400 security deposit from the Tenant by bank transfer before the reservation begins. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of vacating the Apartment, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have not been violated.
