Guests of the apartment can use the following parking options:
- Parking is located 350 meters from the apartment. Entry to the parking lot is allowed until 11:00 PM, and exit is allowed from 6:00 AM on weekdays (Monday–Friday). On weekends, entry is allowed up to 10:00 PM, and exit from 7:00 AM.
- City parking – available right next to the building, charging 12 PLN/hour.
Children under 2 years stay free!
If you are traveling with a small child, you don’t have to worry about additional costs – children up to 2 years old stay free, sleeping with parents in the bed. Additionally, we offer the possibility to add a comfortable baby crib for only 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please note that the crib request must be made in advance and is subject to availability. It’s an ideal option for the whole family to rest comfortably during the stay in Katowice!
Stay with a pet? Of course!
We love four-legged friends! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can stay with you. Just confirm this with the staff in advance.
Deposit
Kairos Investments reserves the right to charge the Tenant a deposit of 400 PLN via bank transfer before the booking starts, which will be refunded within 7 working days after leaving the apartment, provided no damages occur or house rules are not broken.
