For many years, we have been specializing in short-term rentals, which has resulted in great deal
of experience and taught us to perfectly work with our partners.
Currently, we have our own portfolio of more than 50 properties, 40 of which is meant for
short-term rental.
Cooperation is an integral part of our project. For us, it is not only business but partnership based on
mutual trust. We currently manage three apartments that belong to our partners. However, our
development path does not end here - we are fully committed to expand our offer of apartments

We constantly optimize the price of your apartment renting. We take into account variables, such as occupancy, competitive activities, seasonal tourism, market trends, and even weather forecasts. We are always guided by the principle of profit maximisation.

We will take care of the cleanliness and technical condition of your apartment. We will provide a set of toiletries in bathroom, kitchen cleaning products and also the necessities, such as a first kid aid. There will always be waiting clean linen and towels for the guests. We guarantee the hotel's standard of cleanliness.

We know what guests are asking and what is crucial for them during their stay. That is why, except from welcoming and staying goodbye, our stuff provides assistance and shares the necessary information.
If an unforeseen situation occurs, we are always available by phone 24 hours a day.

After the visit is over and the keys are collected, we will clean the apartment. A detailed checklist helps us to maintain perfect cleanliness. However, if any minor repair occurs, from a burnt-out bulb to a loose door handle, our technical team will take care of it.
