The air conditioning provides the right temperature, and a TV with Netflix access is the perfect solution for relaxing in the evening. From the living room you go out to the balcony, equipped with balcony furniture, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city and unwind.
Kitchenette - equipped with an induction hob and a fridge, a microwave lets you prepare your own meals or make delicious coffee with the coffee machine.

- Free parking spot The multi-storey SUPERSAM car park is 350 metres from the apartment. The car park is open 24/7. Height limit: 2 m. Free entry is possible using the parking card left in the apartment.
- Paid parking – available right next to the building, for 12 PLN/h.
Children up to 2 years old stay for free!
If you’re travelling with a small child, you don’t need to worry about extra costs—babies up to 2 years old stay for free, sleeping together with the parents in the bed. Additionally, we offer the option of adding a comfortable children’s crib for just 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please remember that the crib request must be submitted in advance and depends on availability. It’s the ideal option for the whole family to relax comfortably during your stay in Katowice!
Bringing a pet? Of course!
We love four-legged friends! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can be with you. Just confirm this in advance with the staff.
Deposit
Kairos Investments reserves the right to charge the Tenant a deposit of 400 PLN by bank transfer before the reservation begins, which will be refunded within 7 working days after the Apartment is vacated, provided that no damage occurs and the rules of the regulations are not violated.
