Air conditioning provides the right temperature all year round, and curtains allow you to adjust the amount of light in the room, ensuring ideal sleeping conditions.
Living room – a spacious area where you can easily unwind. A comfortable folding sofa makes it possible to use it as an extra sleeping place. Air conditioning ensures the right temperature, and a TV with Netflix access is the perfect solution for an evening relaxation. From the living room, you can go out onto the balcony, furnished with balcony furniture, where you can enjoy a beautiful city view and indulge in moments of relaxation.
Kitchenette – fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals.
Modern bathroom with a shower, where you will find a set of luxury cosmetics, towels, and other accessories necessary for daily care.

Transport and accessibility
Thanks to its location near the Trasa Średnicowa road (200 m) and the A4 motorway (2 km), you can easily reach every corner of Katowice and surrounding cities. Easy access to public transport facilitates traveling around the region.
Parking:
Guests of the apartment can use the following parking options:
- Free parking space – The parking lot is 350 meters from the apartment. You can enter the parking lot until 11:00 PM, and exit from 6:00 AM on weekdays (Monday–Friday). On weekends, entry is allowed until 10:00 PM, and exit from 7:00 AM.
- City parking – available just next to the building, at 12 PLN/hour.
Children under 2 stay for free!
If you are traveling with a small child, you don't have to worry about additional costs – children under 2 years old stay free of charge, sleeping with their parents in the bed. Additionally, we offer the option of adding a comfortable baby cot for just 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please note that the request for a cot must be made in advance and depends on availability. It is an ideal option so the whole family can comfortably rest during their stay in Katowice!

We love four-legged friends! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can stay with you. Just confirm this in advance with the staff.
Deposit
Kairos Investments reserves the right to collect a deposit of 400 PLN from the Tenant via bank transfer before the start of the reservation, which will be refunded within 7 business days after leaving the apartment, provided no damage occurs or house rules are not violated.
