The apartment is situated on the second floor (no elevator) and features a spacious bedroom and a bright living room with a kitchenette and access to a private balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable continental bed (160x200 cm) and a TV. In the living room, you'll find a fold-out sofa, a second TV, and a dining table. Both rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round.
The interior is decorated in light, natural tones with modern touches and a thoughtful layout designed to promote relaxation. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, enhancing its warmth and comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need during your stay: an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a drip coffee maker. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a children’s stool for added convenience.
Guests can also enjoy a sunny balcony with outdoor seating — a perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. A private parking space assigned to the apartment is available within the gated complex, along with a children’s playground on-site.

Security Deposit
We reserve the right to request a security deposit of 400 PLN, payable by bank transfer before the reservation begins. The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the apartment is vacated, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.
