- Free parking space The multi-level SUPERSAM parking lot is 350 meters from the apartment. Parking is available 24/7. Height limit: 2 m. Free entry is possible using the parking card left in the apartment.
- Paid parking– available right next to the building, for 12 PLN/hour.
Children up to 2 years old stay for free!
If you’re traveling with a small child, there’s no need to worry about extra costs—babies up to the age of 2 stay for free, sleeping together with the parents on the bed. Additionally, we offer the option to have a comfortable children’s cot added for only 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please remember that the request for a cot must be made in advance and depends on availability. This is an ideal option so that the whole family can relax comfortably during your stay in Katowice!
Bringing a pet? Of course!
We love four-legged friends! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can be with you. Just confirm it in advance with the staff.
Security deposit
Kairos Investments reserves the right to charge the Tenant a security deposit of 400 PLN by bank transfer before the reservation starts. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after leaving the Apartment, provided there is no damage and the rules of the regulations have not been violated.
