If you’re traveling with a small child, you don’t have to worry about extra costs—children up to age 2 stay for free, sleeping together with their parents in the same bed. Additionally, we offer the option to add a comfortable baby cot for just 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please remember that a request for a cot must be submitted in advance and depends on availability. It’s an ideal option so the whole family can relax comfortably during your stay in Katowice!

We love dogs and cats! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can be with you. Just confirm this in advance with the staff.
Deposit
Kairos Investments reserves the right to collect a deposit from the Tenant in the amount of 400 PLN by bank transfer before the reservation begins. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the Apartment is vacated, provided that no damage occurs and the rules and regulations of the lease are not violated.
