Children under 2 stay for free!
If you are traveling with a small child, you don't have to worry about extra costs – children up to 2 years old stay for free, sleeping together with parents in the bed. Additionally, we offer the possibility of adding a comfortable baby cot for only 100 PLN for the entire stay. Please note that requests for a cot must be made in advance and depend on availability. This is the perfect option for the whole family to comfortably rest during their stay in Katowice!
Stay with a pet? Of course!
We love four-legged friends! For an additional fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay, your pet can stay with you. Just confirm this with the staff in advance.
Deposit
Kairos Investments reserves the right to collect a deposit of 400 PLN from the Tenant by bank transfer before the booking begins, which will be returned within 7 working days after leaving the Apartment, provided there is no damage or breach of house rules.
